2. Beschreibung des Dienstes
StarTranslate hilft dir, zwischenmenschliche Kommunikation besser zu verstehen und zu formulieren — basierend auf Sternzeichen und Kommunikationsprofilen. Die App bietet Textanalyse, Nachrichtenformulierung und Screenshot-Analyse.
Die Ergebnisse der App sind Vorschläge und Interpretationen. Sie ersetzen keine professionelle Beratung (psychologisch, therapeutisch oder anderweitig). Die Nutzung erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung.
3. Benutzerkonto
Für die Nutzung der App ist ein Benutzerkonto erforderlich. Du bist verantwortlich für die Sicherheit deiner Zugangsdaten. Teile dein Passwort nicht mit Dritten. Pro Person ist ein Benutzerkonto vorgesehen.
4. Kostenlose und kostenpflichtige Nutzung
StarTranslate bietet eine kostenlose Version mit eingeschränktem Funktionsumfang (begrenzte Anzahl an Übersetzungen pro Woche). Erweiterte Funktionen sind über ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement (StarTranslate Premium) verfügbar.
Die Preise werden dir vor dem Kauf im App Store bzw. Google Play Store angezeigt. Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, sofern du nicht vor Ablauf der aktuellen Laufzeit kündigst.
Die Verwaltung und Kündigung deines Abonnements erfolgt ausschließlich über die Einstellungen deines Apple- oder Google-Kontos. Wir haben keinen Einfluss auf die Zahlungsabwicklung durch Apple oder Google.
5. Kostenlose Testphase
Wir können eine kostenlose Testphase für StarTranslate Premium anbieten. Nach Ablauf der Testphase wird das Abonnement automatisch zum regulären Preis verlängert, sofern du nicht vor Ablauf der Testphase über die Einstellungen deines Apple- oder Google-Kontos kündigst.
6. Erlaubte Nutzung
Du darfst die App ausschließlich für den vorgesehenen Zweck nutzen. Insbesondere ist es nicht gestattet:
- Die App für illegale Zwecke zu verwenden
- Inhalte einzugeben, die gegen geltendes Recht verstoßen (z.B. Hassrede, Bedrohungen, jugendgefährdende Inhalte)
- Die App oder ihre Infrastruktur technisch zu manipulieren, zu dekompilieren oder zurückzuentwickeln
- Die App automatisiert oder massenhaft zu nutzen (z.B. durch Bots oder Scraping)
- Zugangsdaten anderer Nutzer zu verwenden
Wir behalten uns vor, Benutzerkonten bei Verstoß gegen diese Bedingungen zu sperren.
7. Inhalte und Haftung
Die von StarTranslate generierten Texte und Analysen basieren auf automatisierter Sprachverarbeitung. Wir übernehmen keine Gewähr für die Richtigkeit, Vollständigkeit oder Eignung der Ergebnisse. Die Nutzung der Ergebnisse in der zwischenmenschlichen Kommunikation erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung.
Wir haften nicht für Schäden, die durch die Verwendung der App-Ergebnisse in deiner Kommunikation entstehen. StarTranslate ersetzt keine professionelle Beratung.
8. Verfügbarkeit
Wir bemühen uns, die App zuverlässig bereitzustellen, können jedoch keine ununterbrochene Verfügbarkeit garantieren. Wartungsarbeiten, technische Störungen oder höhere Gewalt können zu vorübergehenden Einschränkungen führen. Ein Anspruch auf Verfügbarkeit besteht nicht.
9. Geistiges Eigentum
Alle Rechte an der App, ihrem Design, ihren Texten und ihrer Technologie liegen bei Code'n'Wald. Die von der App generierten Texte darfst du frei in deiner persönlichen Kommunikation verwenden.
10. Änderungen der Nutzungsbedingungen
Wir behalten uns vor, diese Nutzungsbedingungen zu aktualisieren. Die aktuelle Version ist immer unter dieser URL abrufbar. Bei wesentlichen Änderungen informieren wir dich in der App. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung der App nach einer Änderung gilt als Zustimmung zu den aktualisierten Bedingungen.
11. Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Gerichtsstand ist, soweit gesetzlich zulässig, Buchen (Odenwald).

2. Description of Service
StarTranslate helps you better understand and formulate interpersonal communication — based on zodiac signs and communication profiles. The app offers text analysis, message formulation, and screenshot analysis.
The app's results are suggestions and interpretations. They do not replace professional advice (psychological, therapeutic, or otherwise). Use is at your own risk.
3. User Account
A user account is required to use the app. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with others. One user account per person is intended.
4. Free and Paid Usage
StarTranslate offers a free version with limited functionality (limited number of translations per week). Extended features are available through a paid subscription (StarTranslate Premium).
Prices are displayed before purchase in the App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period.
Management and cancellation of your subscription is done exclusively through the settings of your Apple or Google account. We have no control over payment processing by Apple or Google.
5. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for StarTranslate Premium. After the trial period expires, the subscription will automatically renew at the regular price unless you cancel before the end of the trial period through the settings of your Apple or Google account.
6. Permitted Use
You may only use the app for its intended purpose. In particular, the following is prohibited:
- Using the app for illegal purposes
- Entering content that violates applicable law (e.g., hate speech, threats, content harmful to minors)
- Technically manipulating, decompiling, or reverse-engineering the app or its infrastructure
- Using the app in an automated or bulk manner (e.g., through bots or scraping)
- Using other users' login credentials
We reserve the right to suspend user accounts in case of violation of these terms.
7. Content and Liability
The texts and analyses generated by StarTranslate are based on automated language processing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the results. Use of the results in your interpersonal communication is at your own risk.
We are not liable for damages arising from the use of app results in your communication. StarTranslate does not replace professional advice.
8. Availability
We strive to provide the app reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure may lead to temporary restrictions. There is no entitlement to availability.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights to the app, its design, texts, and technology belong to Code'n'Wald. You may freely use texts generated by the app in your personal communication.
10. Changes to Terms of Use
We reserve the right to update these terms of use. The current version is always available at this URL. We will notify you of significant changes within the app. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, Buchen (Odenwald), Germany.
